If you're looking to spend money to have it tuned, just buy the software. And it probably wouldn't hurt to do a crank relearn. The only code I had was crank relearn and the generator codes. After I re-flashed the 411 turning off the generator checks, then I only had the crank re-learn. So I called up my buddy and had him stop buy with a Tech II and we did a crank learn.
